Yes. Sessions are delivered online, allowing you to access support from anywhere in Ireland.

Sessions are tailored to the individual's goals, strengths, and priorities.
Depending on the focus of support, sessions may involve discussion, problem-solving, strategy development, skill building, self-reflection, and practical activities that can be applied in everyday life.
Individual sessions are approximately 50 minutes in length.
Session frequency will be discussed and tailored to individual needs and goals.
